Technique

  1. Start on all fours, shoulders over wrists and hips over knees.
  2. Open one of the hips towards the side ( Hip abduction) while keeping the angle at the knee at 90 degrees.
  3. Do not rotate the torso in the same direction, keep your Abs engaged to avoid compensation.
Logging: Repetitions done on one side.
