Technique
- Bring your chin down to your chest.
- Slowly move your head towards one shoulder, while keeping your gaze towards the ground. Stop when you feel a good stretch on the side of your neck.
- Then slowly move towards the other shoulder.
Form tips
- To get a deeper stretch on the side of your neck, it helps to pull the opposite shoulder down and away from your ear.
Logging: Alternate sides continuously.
