Technique
- From a Plank position, lower yourself down until your chest lightly touches the floor.
- From the bottom position, push yourself up as explosively as possible, while shifting your weight towards your hands.
- You will need enough explosiveness to get your feet off the ground when pushing up. Aim to have your whole body parallel to the floor at the top position before your legs come back to the ground.
