Technique
- Hang from a bar or Rings and pull into a full Front lever.
- While maintaining the horizontal position, pull your body to the bar by driving your elbows back.
- Lower back to the lever position with control.
Form tips
- Keep your body perfectly horizontal with no piking at the hips.
- Retract your scapulas at the top of the pull.
