Technique
- Start in a Rings support position with the rings on the inside of the arms.
- Slowly extend the arms straight out to the sides, controlling the vertical descent.
Form tips
- Keep your arms fully straight and your body tight in a vertical line.
- The rings on the inside shorten the lever making this exercise a easier variation of the iron cross
