Technique

  1. Start in an Inverted hang position.
  2. Slightly lean forward and open your legs out to the sides.

Form tips

  • Keep your legs straight and aligned with your torso.
  • Do not arch the lower back: keep it straight.
  • Do not round the upper back: keep it extended.
