Technique
- Place your feet on an elevated surface, so that your body is parallel to the ground when you are at the top position.
- Lean forward, with the shoulders past the wrists, then perform the pushup.
- The more you lean forward, the harder the exercise becomes, and the closer it gets to the full Planche Pushup.
- If using the ground, point the fingers slightly to the sides to put less stress on your wrists. Point them all the way back to make the exercise harder.
- Keep your Abs engaged and a posterior Pelvic tilt.
