Technique

  1. Place your hands on the ground and lean forward, pointing elbows into your abdomen.
  2. Keep your knees bent and legs open to reduce the lever
  3. Lean forward until your feet lift off the ground, balancing your body horizontally.

  • Find the balance point by leaning forward.
