Technique

  1. From downward facing dog, take the left leg across towards the right arm.
  2. Bend the elbows and bring the left leg on top of the right arm. Keep the right leg back.
  3. Lean forward and take the feet off the floor
  4. scissor the legs, keeping the feet pointed and knees straight.
  5. Switch sides

Form tips

  • Bring the leg across as high as possible on the arm.
