Technique

  1. Lean your body slightly forward from the ankles.
  2. Lift one knee and push the foot against the ground to propel yourself.
  3. Alternate legs in a rhythmic bounding motion, moving the arms opposite to the legs.

Form tips

  • Maintain an upright torso with relaxed shoulders, gaze forward.
  • Let the arms swing naturally by your sides.
