Technique
- Grip the Rings and push yourself upward until your arms are locked straight.
- Hold your body steady and straight between your arms without your feet touching the floor.
Form tips
- Keep your shoulders pushed down away from your ears ( Shoulder depression).
- Turn the rings out slightly for extra stability and difficulty (RTO).
