Technique
- Hang from the rings with your feet on the ground and your body horizontal, just above the ground.
- Pull one ring towards your armpit while pushing the other arm fully straight forward (aligned with your body).
- Come back to the starting position with control and repeat on the other side.
Form tips
- Avoid twisting your body towards the pulling side.
Logging: Repetitions done on one side.
