Technique
- Start in a plank position on the Rings with your feet on the ground.
- Rotate the rings outward until your palms are facing directly forward.
- Hold this position while resisting the rings’ tendency to turn back inward.
Form tips
- Keep the rings turned out (palms facing forward) the entire time.
- Maintain a straight body line by engaging your Core.
