Technique
- Anchor a band at elbow height and stand perpendicular to it.
- Hold the band with the hand furthest from the anchor point across your belly and step away to put tension in the band.
- Pull the band away from your body by rotating your shoulder outward.
Form tips
- Keep your elbow tucked against your side, you can hold something between your arm and side for feedback.
