Technique

  1. Stand with a Short resistance band looped around both feet.
  2. Explosively drive the working knee toward the chest.
  3. Return to the starting position with control and repeat.

Form tips

  • Keep the torso upright and Core engaged to avoid leaning.
Logging: Repetitions done on one side.
