Technique
- Start in a half kneeling position beside a wall, the trailing leg near the wall
- Hold a resistance band in your hands and raise your arms to have them in front of you parallel to the floor
- Keeping the nearest arm in contact with the wall rotate and open your chest with the other arm against the resistance until it touches the wall on the other side
- Slowly return to the starting position resisting the band pull
Form tips
- Follow your hand with your gaze to ensure thoracic rotation.
