Technique

  1. Place your hands on the Parallettes and lean forward with bent arms.
  2. Tuck your knees to your chest and lift your hips until they are level with your shoulders.
  3. Hold the tuck position while balancing on your hands.

Form tips

  • Pull your knees close to your chest.
  • Keep your head slightly in front of your hands for balance.
