Technique

  1. Take an Inverted hang position, then lean backward while keeping your body fully straight: your shoulders, hips, knees and feet should all be on the same line.
  2. Switch from a neutral grip to a supine one to prepare for the Back lever.
  3. The more you lean back, the harder the exercise becomes.
