Technique

  1. Walk on your hands and feet, with your legs almost straight and your hips up.
  2. Practice until you find a regular, smooth motion.
  3. You can go forward or backward.

Form tips

  • The knees should bend no more than they do when you walk normally; this requires sufficient Hamstrings flexibility.
Logging: Alternate sides continuously.
