Technique

  1. Stand beside an elevated support, such as a Plyo Box.
  2. Step on it and push yourself up explosively, towards the other side of the box.
  3. Land on the other side of the box. The leg that you pushed from is now on the ground beside the box, and the other leg is on the box.
  4. Keep repeating and switching sides with each jump.
Logging: Alternate sides continuously.
