Technique
- Kneel on one knee with the other foot flat on the floor out to the side, knee bent ad 90 degrees.
- Shift your weight sideways on the bent leg, pushing your hips toward the floor.
- Hold the stretch, feeling it in the inner thigh of the outward leg.

- Keep your torso upright and square to the front.
