Technique
- From a standing position take a step forward and place your hands on the ground
- Kick your legs up into a freestanding Handstand
- Return to the starting position by landing softly on the feet
- Repeat alternating the kicking leg
Form tips
- Keep your arms locked straight and maintain Shoulder elevation.
- Engage your Abs to prevent arching your lower back.
