Technique
- Hang from rings with your feet on the floor in front of you, body straight from heels to shoulders.
- Pull your upper body vertical towards the rings by hinging at the hips
- Straighten the arms to return to the initial position

- Keep your legs straight while hinging at the hips.
- Do not let your hips sag.
