Technique
- Stand with your feet hip-width apart.
- Place your hands on your hips or hold onto a support for balance if needed.
- Initiate the movement by leaning forward slightly to push your hips back.
- From there, push your hips to the side, then forward, then to the other side and so on, in a circular motion.
- Also train the other direction.
Logging: Perform circles continuously, alternating or switching halfway.
