Technique

  1. Person one starts in a high Plank.
  2. Person two grips person one’s ankles and hooks their feet over the tops of person one’s shoulders, lying on top and facing person one’s feet.
  3. Both partners perform a Pushup together, bending the arms to 90 degrees and extending back to a high plank.

Form tips

  • Both partners keep the Core engaged.

  • High stability requirement; if one person fails, both may fall.
