Technique
- Stand with one foot on a step and the other foot hanging off the edge.
- Lift the hip of the hanging leg upward toward your ribcage.
- Lower that hip below the level of the step and repeat.
Form tips
- Keep both legs straight; do not bend the knees to lift the foot.
Logging: Repetitions done on one side.
