Technique
- Enter a Handstand against a wall.
- Allow your shoulders to collapse toward your ears ( Shoulder elevation).
- Push hard against the floor to drive your shoulders back into a strong, active position ( Shoulder depression).
Form tips
- Keep your arms locked straight the entire time.
- Focus on the vertical travel of your entire body.
