Technique

  1. Kneel on one knee with the other leg extended straight forward (heel down, toes up).
  2. Shift your hips backward to feel a stretch in the front leg’s hamstring ( Kneeling hamstring stretch).
  3. Rock forward and bend the front’s leg knee to stretch the posterior leg’s front hip, try to reach the floor with the pelvis ( Kneeling lunge chest up)
  4. Alternate these stretches before switching sides

Form tips

  • Keep your back straight throughout the movement.
Logging: Work each side for the time indicated.
