Technique

  1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding the kettlebell by the horns in front of your chest.
  2. Pass the kettlebell around your head in a circular motion, maintaining control.
  3. Complete rotations in both directions; each rotation counts as one repetition.

Form tips

  • Engage your core muscles and keep your elbows close to your body throughout the movement.
  • Keep your back straight and avoid arching or rounding during the movement.
  • Control the kettlebell, ensuring it moves in a smooth and controlled circular motion.
Logging: Total weight used. Each circle (whichever direction) = one repetition.
