Technique
- Start from a Plank position with shoulders over wrists and feet hip-width apart.
- Lift one hand from the floor to touch the opposite shoulder.
- Slowly return to the starting position and repeat on the other side
Form tips
- Keep your Abs engaged to avoid tilting side to side
- Move with control
