Technique
- Person one starts in a high Plank while person two stands at person one’s feet, facing them.
- Person two performs a squat and grips person one’s ankles, then lifts the feet as they stand up.
- Once the feet reach chest or face level, person two switches from a pull to a push and keeps pressing person one’s feet up into a full Handstand.
- Reverse the process to exit.
Form tips
- Person one keeps a Hollow body the entire time.
- While being lifted, person one lets the arms rotate freely around the shoulder joint and does not resist the rotation unless there is pain or discomfort.
