Technique
- Stand more than arm’s length apart with the feet about hip-width, and lean in to meet hands, bearing each other’s weight through the hands.
- Take turns bending the elbows to create a Pushup motion.
- Whoever is not moving stays strong and acts as a frame for the partner who is pressing.
Form tips
- A Clasped hand grip or an Interlocking-fingers grip is usually preferred, but do what feels best for both partners.
