Technique

  1. Stand or sit holding one Weight plate in your hands straight overhead.
  2. Bend your elbows, lowering the weight behind your head, keeping the upper arms close to your ears.
  3. Extend your arms upward, straightening at the elbow and returning to the starting position.

Form tips

  • Keep your elbows close to your head, pointing forward throughout the movement; resist the temptation to let them flare out to the sides.
  • Engage your Abs to stabilize your body and avoid arching your back.
  • Control the movement, focusing on using the Triceps to extend the arms.
Logging: Total weight used.
