Technique
- Person one lies face up and person two stands over them, roughly at chest level.
- Person one crosses the arms and takes a Clasped hand grip.
- Person one performs a row by bending the elbows and pulling up. Both partners stay strong through the Core.

- Person two can bend slightly at the hips and keep the arms extended to hold a safe, stable position.
