Technique
- Assume a Plank position with straight arms.
- Rotate your hands 180 degrees so that your fingers point back toward your feet.
- Hold this isometric position with your body in a straight line.

- Do not let your back arch; maintain a posterior Pelvic tilt.
- Push your shoulders away from your ears.
