Technique
- Get your back against a wall, and make sure your lower back is in contact with the wall (use a posterior Pelvic tilt).
- Hold a staff or band with a shoulder-width grip and lift it all the way overhead, while keeping the arms straight, and try to press it back.
- Try with your palms facing down and with your plams facing up.
