Technique

  1. Push against a wall (or any other unmovable object), place one leg back away from the wall and put most of your weight on that leg.
  2. Keep the toes pointing forward and keep your heel down, to stretch your achilles tendon and calf muscle.
Logging: Work each side for the time indicated.
