Technique

  1. Place your hands on a Wobble balance board and step your feet back into a Plank position.
  2. Protract your shoulders to create a strong upper back.
  3. Hold the position while stabilizing the board to prevent it from wobbling.

Form tips

  • Aim to keep the board level and avoid letting the edges touch the ground.
  • Engage your Abs and maintain a posterior Pelvic tilt to protect your back.
