Technique

  1. Stand on one leg while holding a weight.
  2. Lift your heel as high as possible.
  3. Descend slowly with control.

Form tips

  • Keep the knee of the working leg very straight.
  • Do not use a support to help you ascend.
  • Do not bounce, move with control
