Technique

  1. Stand tall and hold a weight in each hand.
  2. Raise one hand and move the weight around your head as if you were using a hairbrush.
  3. Reach over the opposite side and behind your neck, exploring the full range of your shoulder.

Form tips

  • Use a small, manageable weight to focus on shoulder mobility.
Logging: Weight used on one side. Each repetition involves working both sides.
