Technique
- Hold a weight by your side, then lift it up in front of you.
- Continue lifting it upward until it is overhead.
- Continue the motion by slowly bringing it back down behind you, until it is back at the starting position.
- Perform this movement in both directions; a full circle in any direction (forward or backward) counts as one repetition.
