Technique

  1. Stand on one leg on a low step while holding a weight.
  2. Bend the knee to touch the floor with your other heel.
  3. Return to a full standing position.

Form tips

  • Keep your torso as vertical as possible.
  • Control the movement so you don’t “drop” onto your heel.
Logging: Weight used on one side. Repetitions done on one side.
