Technique
- Place your hands on the ground under your shoulders and walk your feet up a wall until your body forms a straight horizontal line from shoulders to heels.
- Press the balls of your feet firmly into the wall while maintaining a stable plank position.
- The foot friction with the wall makes a big difference. Make it slippery to increase the difficulty (for example wearing socks against a smooth wall).
- This can be used as a different kind of progression towards the Planche.
