Technique
- Stand on the edge of a ledge with a Weight belt and weights attached.
- Hinge forward at the hips and rest your hands on a sturdy support like a box.
- Lift your heels as high as possible into a calf raise, then lower them below the level of the ledge.
Form tips
- Use a full range of motion, reaching a deep stretch at the bottom.
