Technique

  1. Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart.
  2. Take a step forward, landing on your heel and rolling through to the ball of your foot.
  3. Push off with your trailing foot and repeat the motion to continue moving forward.

Form tips

  • Maintain an upright posture with your shoulders relaxed and gaze forward.
  • Let your arms swing naturally by your sides.
