Technique
- Stand on the ball of one foot on a ledge while holding a weight.
- Lower your heel below the ledge level, then drive it up as high as possible.
- Lower with control and repeat.
Form tips
- Use a full range of motion, stretching the calf at the bottom.
- Do not bounce on your heel.
