Technique
- Lie on your back with your buttocks and legs against a wall, opening your legs into a wide Straddle position.
- Place weights (such as ankle weights or light plates) on your inner thighs or ankles to increase the stretch.
- Relax into the position, allowing the added weight to slowly pull your legs closer to the floor.
Form tips
- Focus on rotating your pelvis forward (anterior Pelvic tilt) rather than rounding your back.
- Keep your knees locked and toes pointing away from the wall.
Logging: Total weight used.
