Technique

  1. Hold a weight with an underhand grip (palm facing up).
  2. Lower the weight by bending your wrist downward, then raise it back up, flexing your wrist.

Form tips

  • Maintain a stable wrist position and isolate the movement to the wrist joint.
  • Control the movement, ensuring a slow and controlled flexion of the wrist.
  • Use a comfortable weight that allows you to perform the exercise with proper form.
