Technique
- Enter a Handstand with your chest facing the wall and feet resting against it.
- Shift your weight onto one hand and take a small step to the side with the free hand.
- Move your feet along the wall in sync with your hands to walk sideways.

- Keep your Core tight and your arms fully locked.
- Maintain your chest facing the wall.
