Technique
- Stand tall with the arms extended to the side parallel to the floor, palms downward.
- Keeping the arms straight supinate the hands (palms up) and rotate the entire arm on its axe ( Shoulder external rotation)
- Reverse the movement by pronating the hand and internally rotating the shoulder
